How your details are handled

When you complete the scorecard I store your first name, your email address, your twelve answers, the resulting scores, your payroll answer, the date, and where you came from. Nothing else.

I use it for two things: to send you your report, and to send you the occasional email about running a business with staff. One a week at most, and there is an unsubscribe link on every one.

I do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anybody else. It is held on secure servers and only I have access to the list.

If you want your details removed, reply to any email from me and ask. It is done the same day, and you do not need to give a reason.
